Graham Lock
CEO
Graham Lock is the CEO of Lock Brown Elliott, where he leverages his expertise in business strategy and growth to drive the company’s success. With a strong foundation in business and finance, holding a diploma in the field.
Graham was the founder of the UK’s first online real estate brokerage House Network which he built and sold via private equity. Experienced in raising finance and a serial entrepreneur Graham is also founder and CEO of The FIA, an award-winning UK real estate network. His international connections within the UK & Dubai enable many strategic opportunities and he’s always looking at ways to improve the metrics and performance throughout all of his businesses.
Outside of work, he is an avid Arsenal FC fan, enjoys running, playing soccer and values spending quality time with his family.

Simon Brown
Founder
Simon Brown is the Director of Sales at Lock Brown Elliott, where he encompasses over 30 years of professional sales training and expertise, additionally 13 years experience working in the Dubai Property market gives Simon the edge when advising his extensive portfolio of high-net worth clients both locally and internationally.
Outside of work Simon is an avid Spurs fan, enjoys beach volleyball, playing golf and racket ball.
Simon enjoys discovering new destinations with his better half, eating good food and drinking a nice glass of red.

Sophie Elliott
Director
Before becoming a Partner at Lock Brown & Elliott, Sophie spent four years as a Director at Eminence Real Estate, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in Dubai’s competitive property market. Now, as a partner, Sophie specializes in off-plan property sales and has established herself as one of the top real estate brokers in the UAE, successfully closing numerous high-profile deals.
Sophie is dedicated to scaling the off-plan side of Lock Brown & Elliott, leveraging her expertise and market knowledge to drive the company’s growth. Her focus on off-plan investments ensures that clients receive the most up-to-date opportunities in Dubai’s ever-evolving property landscape.
As a British woman and single mother living in Dubai, Sophie brings resilience, determination, and adaptability to everything she does. Her journey, coupled with extensive market knowledge, has helped her build a large, engaged social media following, where she shares insights, success stories, and the latest updates in the Dubai property scene.
